Project & Administrative Support

Practical support for projects, priorities, and important details

Sometimes a project, business need, or important personal matter requires more attention, coordination, and follow-through than you have time to give it.

I provide practical project and administrative support for individuals, small business owners, and organizations who could use an experienced, capable person to help evaluate what is needed, organize the moving pieces, and move the right priorities forward.

My work may include organizing information and paperwork, but it is not limited to clerical tasks. I bring management experience, leadership, practical judgment, and an ability to see the bigger picture when a project or situation needs structure and direction.

Depending on the need, we may work together to clarify priorities and create a workable plan, or I may be able to take responsibility for a clearly defined project and coordinate the details through completion.

Services May Include

  • Reviewing a project or situation and helping identify priorities and next steps
  • Coordinating projects, vendors, appointments, service providers, or follow-up details
  • Organizing records, paperwork, mail, or project information when needed
  • Creating simple organizational or tracking systems that are easier to maintain
  • Preparing correspondence, phone-call notes, follow-up lists, and basic project materials
  • Organizing customer, vendor, job, or project information for a small business
  • Helping small business owners bring structure to administrative processes or unfinished projects
  • Coordinating details for meetings, luncheons, workshops, fundraisers, community events, or other small-to-midsize gatherings
  • Helping prepare information and questions for meetings with appropriate professional advisors
  • Providing focused support for a specific project, priority, or business need

Every project is different. We can begin with a conversation or an initial review of what you have in mind to determine whether my services are a good fit and what an appropriate scope might look like.

Support for Small Business Owners

Small business owners are often pulled in many directions at once. Customer work, employees, vendors, schedules, paperwork, follow-up, and day-to-day decisions can make it difficult to step back and see what needs attention first.

I can help bring a practical outside perspective to business projects and administrative challenges, identify priorities, coordinate details, organize information, and help create systems or action steps that support forward progress.

Whether you have a specific project that needs coordination or business details that need to be brought under control, my goal is to provide useful support that allows you to stay focused on the work only you can do.

Experience That Goes Beyond Organization

My background includes leadership, management, office operations, real estate, military civilian service, nonprofit leadership, event coordination, employee benefits, identity theft education, and small business support.

During my 10 years at Camp Roberts, I worked alongside soldiers in a civilian role and also held leadership responsibilities. That experience strengthened my ability to coordinate people and priorities, communicate directly, work within structured environments, and stay focused on getting the job done.

I have also served multiple terms as volunteer President of the Templeton Women’s Charitable Club, where coordinating events, meetings, community projects, and volunteer efforts has been an important part of my work. In addition, I have managed office operations, worked in real estate, and spent nearly 13 years building relationships with local individuals and small business owners as a LegalShield Independent Associate.

I bring more than the ability to organize details. I bring perspective, initiative, leadership experience, and the judgment to help determine what needs attention, what can be delegated, and when a qualified professional needs to be involved.

Clear Boundaries and Practical Support

My role is to help evaluate, organize, coordinate, prepare, track, and follow through on defined projects and administrative matters.

I do not provide legal, tax, investment, accounting, bookkeeping, medical, caregiving, or VA claims advice or services. When a project involves matters that require a licensed, accredited, or otherwise qualified professional, I can help organize information and questions so the client is better prepared to work with the appropriate professional.

How I Work

I am practical, straightforward, and good at seeing the bigger picture, especially when someone is close enough to a situation that it is difficult to see all of the moving parts clearly.

Some projects are best handled collaboratively, with us working together to determine priorities and next steps. Other projects may be appropriate for me to coordinate or manage more independently once we agree on the scope.

I take the work seriously, but I also believe the process should be comfortable, clear, and productive. Most importantly, the project needs to be a good fit. I am not trying to take on every task or every problem. I am interested in the situations where my experience, leadership, perspective, and follow-through can genuinely add value.
